Position: Human Resource Coordinator

Reports To: Organizational Consultant (OC)
Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Coordinator to join our Colombo team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing and executing our recruitment mission, collaborating closely with the Organizational Consultant and their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth through effective recruitment strategies and business development initiatives. A strong interest in social media is a bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment Coordination:
• Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates through cold outreach.
• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Marketing and Business Development:
• Collaborate with the OC to develop and implement marketing and business development strategies that align with recruitment goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement in our recruitment approach.
• Proposal Development:
• Work with the OC to prepare and finalize Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring all submissions are completed on time.
• Contribute to the creation of persuasive proposals that highlight our organizational strengths and offerings.
• Deadline Management:
• Maintain a clear timeline for recruitment activities and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Track progress on hiring initiatives and report regularly to the OC on status and outcomes.
• Team Collaboration:
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with the OC and other team members throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in team meetings to provide updates and gather insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, or a related field (preference for English graduates).
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a coordinator or support role.
• Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates and team members.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms for candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Interest in social media for recruitment and branding is a bonus.
