Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in the tech industry to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will excel in handling segment calls, collaborating with segment heads and project managers, and delivering exceptional stakeholder management. This role requires a strong understanding of tech hiring, market trends, and recruitment tools to attract and hire top talent effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Talent Acquisition:
• Independently handle the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned technical segments.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for various tech roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, and project managers.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Conduct regular calls and meetings with segment heads and project managers to understand hiring needs, project timelines, and team dynamics.
• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor, providing insights and solutions tailored to the segment’s specific needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions.
• Candidate Experience:
• Deliver a positive and seamless experience for all candidates through clear communication and consistent follow-ups.
• Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring alignment with stakeholders’ availability and project schedules.
• Market Insights:
• Stay updated on trends in tech recruitment, including salary benchmarks, emerging roles, and industry demands.
• Share data-driven insights with segment leaders to support workforce planning.
• Recruitment Operations:
• Maintain accurate candidate records and progress updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track key recruitment metrics and create periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the hiring process.
• Employer Branding:
• Represent the company at tech meetups, job fairs, and networking events to attract top-tier talent.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by creating engaging job descriptions and promotional content.
