The Cloud Engineer / Support Engineer L3 is responsible for leading and executing infrastructure projects from conception to completion. Leveraging expertise in design, implementation, and project management, the role will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and resilient solutions that meet the customer’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead cloud infrastructure projects from design to deployment, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives
• Design, configure, and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Entra
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Entra for secure access control and identity management within client environments
• Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, and security compliance
• Serve as the subject matter expert for escalated issues, providing Level 3 support and troubleshooting complex cloud-related problems
• Oversee and configure Juniper network devices, ensuring seamless integration with cloud solutions and optimal network performance
• Develop and implement backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions for cloud environments
• Provide recommendations for cloud optimisation, performance improvements, and cost management
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions for knowledge sharing and compliance purposes in ConnectWise and SharePoint
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Microsoft 365

• ConnectWise PSA
• Juniper Networking
• Cisco
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Cloud Engineer preferably within an MSP focused on small to medium businesses
• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work autonomously and within the team
• Microsoft certifications at Associate or Expert level eg : EndPoint Management, Azure, Defender (Nice to Have)
