Role Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Advertising Expert with a strong background in client servicing, sales, and pitch/proposal development to join our integrated team. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction while contributing to our sales process by crafting compelling proposals that showcase our unique value. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in growing our brand, fostering client partnerships, and driving impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop pitches and proposals that reflect our strategic and creative capabilities.
• Support the sales process by identifying client needs and proposing solutions that drive measurable growth.
• Work closely with clients to ensure their vision aligns with the campaign strategies we design and deliver.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to bring fresh insights and strategies to client proposals.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide campaign strategies and optimize client results.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years in marketing or advertising, ideally within a client-facing or client-servicing role.
• Skills: Strong understanding of sales processes, excellent proposal-making and pitching skills, and a talent for fostering client relationships.
• Language: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Mindset: Tech-savvy, innovative, and results-driven, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to solve client challenges.
• Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analytics tools is a plus.
