About the Company
Kinder Daycare and Nursery is the first & only British nursery and preschool in Egypt; it fully owns and operates its branches in the UK and Egypt. Founded in Manchester, we have rapidly expanded in the UK to inspire more of the thinkers makers, and doers of tomorrow! We have first-hand knowledge of implementing the Early Year Foundation Stage (EYFS); the British statutory framework (curriculum) for promoting the learning, development, and safety of children from birth to five years. Banking on our expertise Kinder has now dedicated its efforts to innovating the Early Years Education system in Egypt & the MENA region through introducing & implementing the British EYFS curriculum standards in compliance with our headquarters in the UK.
Job Description
• Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Sunday, – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. (One Year)
• Taking records of the attendance of students.
• Be alert to issues of safeguarding and ensuring the safety of students
• Support the settling in of new students in a sensitive manner, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed, and liaising closely with parents and staff to ensure home life and children’s interests are utilized for reassurance.
• Ensure the detailed record keeping of students’ key development regularly with quality meaningful observations and assessments and involve parents in the process of planning and sharing their children’s progress.
• Work with colleagues in observation, assessment, and planning to ensure the provision of a stimulating environment with a balance of challenging and inspiring child/adult lead activities reflecting children’s individual needs and interests.
• Understand the mindset of children, and levels of development and plan out the next steps with managers’ support.
Eligibility
Minimum Study Level: Bachelor
Skills Required: Problem Solving, Presentation skills, Communication
Salary
370 USD | 112,000 LKR
