Qualifications;
B.SC / M.SC Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 07 – 10 years of operating theater nursing experience including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures , infection control protocols and patient safety practices
Excellent organizational , communication , and leadership skills
Experience in an overseas institution will be an advantage
