Job Purpose
As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our Liner Shipping Subsidiary and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy within the maritime industry. In this position, you will lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance and effective risk management tailored to the unique challenges of liner shipping subsidiary.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance and risk management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives of Liner Shipping subsidiary.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Provide insightful analysis to guide strategic decision-making.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, business administration or related field with MBA.
• Professional Qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
• MBA qualification would be an added advantage.
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
