Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuwait City for a Chief Accountant. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, including the preparation of financial statements, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include supervising accounting staff, coordinating audits, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements
• Leadership and supervisory skills for managing and developing accounting staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is desirable
