As the Chef de Cuisine, French Bistro, you will play a pivotal role, taking charge of diverse responsibilities and spearheading culinary operations within the restaurant. You will curate and refine menus, ensuring they align seamlessly with the concept and overall culinary standards of the Hotel. As the creative force behind the kitchen, your responsibilities extend to overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes, maintaining impeccable food quality, while adhering to established recipes.
