Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Relations Manager located in Colombo. The Channel Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with various channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating marketing efforts, and providing training and support to partners. Daily tasks will include developing sales strategies, improving partner performance, tracking sales metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to align partner objectives with company goals.

Qualifications
• Experience in relationship management, sales, and business development
• Skills in marketing, promotional activities, and developing sales strategies
• Ability to coordinate training programs and provide support to partners
• Strong analytical skills, including tracking sales metrics and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Colombo
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
