Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a people person with excellent communication and organizational skills. School leavers are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome customers in a warm and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Schedule and manage appointments.
• Handle customer billing at POS
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using a computer (PC).
• Pleasant personality and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
