Job description
• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about products, promotions, and location.
• Process sales, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Scan items, ensure prices are correct, and bag purchases.
• Count the register drawer at the end of the shift, reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts, and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
