Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Operator located in Colombo. The Call Center Operator will be responsible for providing customer support through effective phone etiquette and communication. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining contact center operations.
Qualifications
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience in a customer support or contact center role
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
