The Job:
• Ability to ensure excellent levels of customer service are delivered and provide comprehensive product and service details to all clients.
• Attending to Inbound / Outbound calls and non-voice contacts of the customer, professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints as per the defined standards and requirements.
• Competence to recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments/responses, and action taken.
• Must possess good telephone etiquette, energy, friendliness, and client orientation.
