Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent at Markspen Group in Maharagama. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing computer systems for communication and data entry.

Qualifications
• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
• Interpersonal Skills
• Computer Literacy
• Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving abilities and patience
• Experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial
