We are looking for a motivated Business Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in customer service, administrative tasks, and bid preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
• Coordinate the preparation of tender documents and develop compelling bid proposals.
• Conduct market research to identify new tender opportunities.
• Maintain an organized database of bid documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison during the bid process.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to the bid process.
• Participate in post-bid evaluations and analyze feedback.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
