BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & STRATEGY ANALYST

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour to create detailed reports that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for new projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to monitor key performance indicators, addressing ongoing business intelligence needs.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to collect business intelligence from stakeholders, validate requirements, and improve solution design.
• Utilize data analytics to identify business growth opportunities, optimize operational processes, and recommend enhancements to existing products and services.
• Oversee project progress by monitoring timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Assist in strategic planning for the executive team by providing data insights, supporting board presentations, and preparing documents for leadership reviews.
• Manage sensitive information responsibly, ensuring the proper handling of confidential data and compliance with organizational standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes, aiding the integration of data-driven strategies across teams.
• Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess project success and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Visio).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 25-35 Years.
