Job description
Responsible for delivering excellent online and F2F product demonstrations to Schools and other institutes in Sri Lanka Achieve sales targets and be responsible for sales proceedings. Grow existing markets by maximising adoptions and developing new markets. Source new leads and cultivate to ensure maximum revenue within targeted customer segments. Coordinate sales promotion activities. Set exemplary standards in Sales ensuring that high standards are met in delivery and service for BE school solutions. Support sales & marketing initiatives of regional partners as and where required. Support localised marketing plan including attending, conferences, student events and delivering local surveys. Deliver ad-hoc projects and duties as and when required Ensure efficient and judicious use of direct market expenses for preparing new market schemes. Make effective decisions to guide a business and enhance performance. Sales performance including total sales revenues, number of sales, average order value, cross sales, and adoption/ retention should increase. Working with different internal and external stakeholders. Formulate customer-focused strategies to meet account needs in accordance with customer profile. Planning and conducting refresher product training for school teachers. Fortnightly report on usage for the Product specialists & ensuring maximum usage basis the set benchmarks. Share the customer feedback with the editorial team for product improvement.
