Summary & Objective
This Business Development Specialist (APAC) will be mainly responsible to hunt new & potential customers and meet sales target as part of Sales team. The objective is to increase the net new revenue, year-on-year revenue for AYP Group.
This role involves winning new business for AYP Global Pay, identify new customers, establish and build relationships, build and manage end-to-end sales pipeline, and outreach to key stakeholders via existing networks, LinkedIn, email, events and more.
Responsibilities
• Conduct cold outreach into New Business Acquisition accounts
• Create and maintain account research plans
• Utilize different methods to engage with prospect persona’s
• Differentiate AYP Global Pay solutions from competing products and technology
• Gain commitment from the prospect to engage in a follow-up meeting to learn more about the benefits of AYP Global Pay and how it can impact their organization
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all activities and conversations in our CRM system
• Take responsibility for key activity metrics: emails, and social networking, tender RFP, meetings, opportunities created, and pipeline revenue
Requirements
• At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Min 2-3 years of experience in the B2B Solution Sales industry, preferably HR/Tech/SaaS/Cloud solutions
• Solution/product oriented and interested in improving the service/product and integration with other services
• A confident and fluid communication style, able to naturally engage, influence, and persuade
• Outgoing and have a positive mindset
• Highly self-discipline, self-driven and results-oriented
• Proactive in learning and attending to clients
