What You’ll Do:
• Drive business growth by identifying and converting new client opportunities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders
• Craft and deliver compelling pitches that speak our clients’ language
• Collaborate closely with our strategy, creative, and performance teams to turn leads into long-term relationships
• Help shape how Blacbox shows up in the market — with bold ideas and sharp thinking

What We’re Looking For:
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in a creative, media, or digital agency
• A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
• Strategic thinker with a hustle mindset
• Comfortable working independently and making things happen
• Bonus points if you already have a network in marketing, brand, or comms teams
