We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving our business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of Tech Hire Ventures.

Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, showcasing our recruitment services to software development companies locally and globally.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and positioning Tech Hire Ventures as their recruitment partner of choice.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform our business development approach.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Tech Hire Ventures.
• Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations, secure deals, and ensure successful closures that meet both client and company objectives.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment specialists and leadership, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in business development, preferably in the tech industry or recruitment sector.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technology trends.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• A proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
