Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gampaha for a Business Development Officer at Hayleys Solar. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for new business development, utilizing analytical skills, finance knowledge, effective communication, and exceptional customer service to drive growth and build strong partnerships.

• Finance knowledge
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven track record of success in business development
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
