Job description
Key Responsibilities: –

Trouble shooting, Project execution, software development- Develop and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive business growth.

Identify and target new business opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships.- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions using automation products.

Work closely with Team / Customers to execute Projects as per timelines- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.- Posses Leadership qualities , Training & development of Team / Customers, lead from the front

Qualifications: –

7-10 years of experience in industrial automation with business development experience.-

In-depth knowledge in PLC / VFD/HMI / SCADA etc automation products and solutions (Preferred SIEMENS / ALAN BRADLEY / OMRON / MITSUBISHI ).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical / Mechatronics / Automation- Strong Technical, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
