Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager at Knowledgucate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our educational initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and fostering relationships that align with Knowledgucate’s vision and values. Your role will encompass a range of strategic and operational responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor landscape, and potential areas for growth within the education sector.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with schools, educational institutions, government bodies, and other stakeholders to establish collaborative partnerships that further Knowledgucate’s mission.
• New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both locally and internationally, to expand Knowledgucate’s reach and impact.
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate Knowledgucate’s value proposition to potential partners.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company goals and objectives.
• Negotiations: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential partners, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with Knowledgucate’s standards.
• Networking: Represent Knowledgucate at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to establish the company’s presence and forge valuable connections.
• Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, considering market dynamics and competitive landscape.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, admissions, and academic departments, to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
• Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, providing regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications and Skills:
• 3 to 5 Years of Work Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnership management within the education sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.
• Strong networking abilities and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Results-driven approach with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales software tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
