EGUARDIAN Lanka is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Enterprise Applications (Zoho Applications) to drive the growth and adoption of Zoho solutions among enterprise clients. This role involves identifying business opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and positioning Zoho applications as the ideal solution for their application and operational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, expertise in selling ERP/applications, and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to maximize client success.
You will,
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Zoho Enterprise applications (Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, solution presentation, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets within the designated timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Zoho principal team to create tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
• Identify and onboard suitable partners to expand market reach & manage and nurture partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Enable partners by providing training, resources, and ongoing support through technical teams.
• Conduct client meetings to understand their business challenges and recommend appropriate Zoho applications.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Zoho’s capabilities along with Pre-Sales/technical teams.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive customer/partner acquisition and retention.
• Oversee and manage the renewal pipeline of existing customers to ensure continued partnerships and revenue retention.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with support and technical teams to address client concerns effectively.
Do you have,
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a professional qualification such as CIMA, SLIM, CIM, CMA, etc.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the SaaS or cloud solutions industry.
• Proven track record of selling ERP, Analytics, Workflow Automation or similar enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications such as ERP, Analytics, Workflow Automations or similar enterprise applications.
