The Role: Business Development Manager
Oceans is seeking talented candidates in Sri Lanka to become Business Development Managers.
Responsibilities
• Manage the sales process for new business, including understanding/optimizing the sales process through CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Generate leads and assist the team in generating leads through cold emails/calling
• Research prospective accounts in target markets
• Build effective sales cadences
• Build proposals by gathering appropriate content and ensure high-quality, winning materials are produced on time
• Assist in planning and rolling out marketing campaigns
Requirements
• Language: Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience: 3+ years in Sales Ops / Pursuit Management; comfortable working with senior management
• Essential Skills:Project Management, HubSpot, Salesforce, Lead Generation, & other CRM tools; PPT, Keynote, Google Slides, ESPs
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business admin or a relevant field
