Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Business Development Manager at WESTGATE COLLEGE (Pvt) Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and analytically
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
