Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Colombo. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategies for business growth. They will also be in charge of preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in business development or sales
• Knowledge of the education industry and student migration process
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset and ability to conduct market research
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)

• Education qualification in marketing and management
• At least 5 years of experience in similar role
