INTERN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
ABOUT SIMATO
Simato creates and enhances the digital footprint of both our B2B and B2C clients with new media solutions, digital advertising, web and app development. Our talented and diverse creative teams work hand in hand with our national and international networks and alliances to offer tailor-made, best-in-class solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Building awareness and encouraging usage of Simato platforms among the app development and start-up community.
• Be the face and voice of Simato within these communities where you will foster best practices and share success stories in order for them to achieve their goals.
• Design and manage the social media activities of the platform and services and work closely with our partners to drive community engagement.
• Develop and publish social media posts, create video tutorials, organize meetups and conferences where you will deliver speeches or conduct interactive presentations to evangelize our service.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Has been an active member of a developer/start up community in Sri Lanka for at least one year. Being an active member of the Ideamart community would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in creating content using social media networks such as Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.
• Experience in organizing events.
• An existing visible online presence via social media, blogs, forums and/or community involvement would be an added advantage.
