Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive in Colombo. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting solar energy solutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and expanding customer base in the solar industry.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2-5 years) in business development, sales, or account management in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong understanding of solar energy products, solutions, and the overall renewable energy market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand and address client needs.
