Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive – Modern Trade, based in Colombo. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, lead generation, and account management. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies, manage client relationships, and drive business growth.

Qualifications
• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Familiarity with Business and Account Management practices
• Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
