Job Description
Superloop is looking for a Business Development Executive – Corporate Sales, responsible to assist in growing our customer base. In this role you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from strategically sourcing new leads, qualifying opportunities and bring sales to a close. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience selling into the Australian market and be part of a highly successful sales team.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals with excellent written and verbal English skills. As part of the Sales team, you will thrive working within a dynamic high energy environment and be strongly motivated to consistently achieve and exceed set sales and revenue targets.
Our Colombo office is located in Colombo 01 with AEST working hours (3 a.m. start time at the office location).
What will you do?
• Meet and exceed set sales and revenue targets, for new business.
• Act as a sales consultant to Australian market, promoting Exetel’s wide range of telecommunication services and educate prospective customers on market happenings.
• Strategically source new leads using a range of business tools.
• Proactively generating ‘new reseller’ leads and processing necessary information to new partners to support faster start of sales.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing initiatives, using existing and new methods.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing plans.
• Provide customized professional business proposals based on identified customer needs.
• Develop and implement individual business plans to achieve business and personal goals.
Here’s what you’ll need:
• Prior Sales experience and prior Account Management experience is preferred
• Compliant and effective use or knowledge of Salesforce
• Ability to set own goals and self-manage
• Effective time management skills
• Thorough understanding of the sales process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build positive customer relationships
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
• High-level of resilience and perseverance
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to team dynamic
