Synergy Alliance Solutions is expanding! As a SaaS startup, our purpose is to provide our customers and business partners with robust, extensible and customizable security-enhanced solutions for information sharing, service invocation, and communication.

BIG POS, our main core product provides solutions for industry-specific businesses – from food trucks to retail and services POS systems. For F&B businesses, the restaurant POS system is an essential tool for your daily operations which also includes a QR menu ordering system and restaurant mobile payment system.

Without incurring any upfront fees or making any adjustments to their current business practises, we offer pubs, clubs, restaurants, cafes, and bars the tools they require to create stunning online menus and take customer orders.

The Role

You Will Be Responsible For
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile
• You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Services industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You have working knowledge of software and IT product
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
