Business Development Executive
At Smart eWorks, we help businesses succeed by providing modern digital solutions in mainly focus on UK/ Australian companies and Sri Lankan Corporate Companies. Our office is in Galle, Sri Lanka, and we are looking for a passionate Business Development Executives to join our team and support our efforts us build our brand presence and drive growth.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in field sales/business development
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Full or part qualification in CIM/SLIM
• Valid rider’s license and motorbike is mandatory
• Resides in or around Galle, Ambalangoda
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve the set sales targets and KPIs within the stipulated time frame
Carry out relevant tasks set out by the Team Lead towards achieving set goals
Create/manage / nurture/maintain a strong customer pipeline to ensure continuous sales growth
Provide relevant market / competitor feedback on a regular basis to the respective Team Lead
Educate and train customers to maximize the benefit of their membership through effective ad posting / boosting at the right times
Maintain the highest level of integrity and work ethic at all times
