Job Overview: The Big Picture

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: 3am – 12pm LK Time

Work Setup: Onsite, Colombo

Responsibilities: Your Daily Hustle
• Act as a sales consultant to Australian customers promoting Exetel and Superloop’s wide range of telecommunication services.
• Perform various service qualification checks using advanced web-based applications.
• Effectively respond to sales inquiries.
• Undertake sales orders and submit necessary applications for effective provisioning/delivery of services.
• Provide updates on activation and provisioning status for in-flight orders.
• Update and complete pending provisioning tasks on in-flight orders.

Qualifications Needed: What Powers Your Connection
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Above-average English proficiency is a must.
• Solid personal experience in sales with a flair for selling.
• A degree in Sales, IT, Business, Marketing, and/or fully or part qualified CIM/SLIM.
• Experience in a Telco/ISP environment is a distinct advantage.
• Patience, courtesy, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work for extended periods of time.
