We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and contribute to the expansion of our customer base. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process, from identifying new leads to closing deals. Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal English skills, be motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Success in this role requires consistently achieving and surpassing sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets for new business.
• Utilize various business tools to strategically source new leads.
• Proactively generate leads for new resellers and facilitate onboarding processes.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Stay informed about new products, services, and pricing structures.
• Create tailored business proposals based on customer needs.
• Develop and implement individual business plans to achieve personal and team goals.

Pre-requisites:
• A degree in Sales, IT, Business, Marketing, and/or fully or part qualified CIM/SLIM.
• Solid personal experience in sales with a flair for selling.
• Ability to set and manage personal goals effectively.
• Strong time management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of the sales process.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to cultivate positive customer relationships.
• Proficiency in sales performance metrics.
