Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Center Representative, located in Colombo. The representative will be responsible for providing customer service, handling phone inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing sales inquiries. The day-to-day tasks will include answering phone calls, using effective communication to assist customers, processing sales leads, and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Sales skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
