As the Business Development Associate of Algorithmics, your responsibilties will be:
• Manage company sales by developing a business plan & strategy that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
• Highly active telephone sales for incoming calls and following up on Facebook leads
• Generate leads via different channels by coordinating with Marketing team
• Generate B2B leads by looking for partnership opportunities
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Update and maintain student LMS system
• Manage the company CRM system
Requirements
• A degree/diploma in Business Administration or a relevant qualification
• A minimum experience of 1 year working in sales
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English & and a second language
