Nanaska, Sri Lanka’s leading CIMA institute, is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand our reach! If you’re a proactive, results-driven professional who can build strategic partnerships and lead marketing initiatives, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Corporate & Institutional Partnerships

Build connections with corporates, schools, tuition teachers, and universities to drive collaborations and student enrollments.

🤝 Strategic Outreach

Arrange meetings, conduct presentations, and establish long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

🎯 Marketing Strategy

Develop new marketing plans, evaluate ongoing campaigns, and provide strategic recommendations.

📊 Lead Follow-Ups & Conversions

Support the sales team by engaging with leads and contributing to enrollment growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the education sector.

✅ Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

✅ Strong in person presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

✅ Ability to work independently and take initiative without supervision.

✅ Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

✅ Fluency in English (Sinhala/Tamil in addition is a plus).
