Position Details

• Position: Business Data Analyst

• Company: Feelo

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Base Salary: LKR 60,000 – 95,000 (💰 with performance-based bonuses, depending on experience and skills)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

📊 Analyze Data to Drive Strategy

• Dive into historical performance data to uncover trends, identify revenue drivers, and recommend actionable strategies.

💡 Optimize Deal Performance

• Suggest the best-performing deal categories, pricing models, and merchant types to maximize gross profit and customer satisfaction.

🤝 Collaborate with Teams

• Work closely with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams to align data-driven insights with Feelo’s business goals.

📈 Track & Improve Performance

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and provide continuous feedback for improvement.

🌟 Expand Merchant Opportunities

• Identify high-potential merchant categories and provide insights on expanding Feelo’s merchant portfolio.

KPIs to Own:
• Gross Contribution Profit (All Customers): Achieve a monthly increase through optimized deal strategies.
• Contribution Margin % from New Customers: Enhance margins by targeting high-value new customer segments.
• % of Deals Exceeding Expectations: Ensure at least 90% of deals meet or surpass their expected CAC or ROAS targets.
