Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Branch Manager (Pagoda) role located in Colombo. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager in Pagoda will also be responsible for implementing company policies and procedures to uphold the Naturals Lanka standards.

Qualifications
• Leadership, Team Management, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in sales, operations, and staff supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of beauty and grooming industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Sinhala languages
