Role Description
This is a full-time Branch Manager role based in Colombo at Allianz Insurance Lanka Limited. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, driving sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. This role involves on-site responsibilities within the branch premises.
Qualifications
• Leadership, Sales, and Customer Service Management skills
• Experience in insurance, finance, or related industry
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team building and employee development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Certification in Insurance or relevant field is a plus
