Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in Monaragala. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products through bank channels, providing financial advice, conducting customer needs analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners. In addition, the specialist will analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
• Insurance Sales, Financial Advice, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Market Analysis and Business Development skills
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with bank partners
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Insurance industry certification is a plus
