We are currently looking for a dynamic and vibrant teammate who could be a part of our team European. The selected candidate will perform responsibility in the European Sector-Ratmalana Branch.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in European vehicles, including wiring, control modules, sensors, and battery systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues using specialized diagnostic equipment and tools.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with Sterling’s high-quality standards and standard certifications.

• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely and accurate services.

• Keep updated on the latest advancements in automotive electrical systems, specifically for European models.

• Document all repair and maintenance work in detail and maintain records as per company policy.

• Provide guidance and technical support to junior technicians, if required.

• Ensure workplace safety and adhere to Sterling’s operational standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 4 in Automotive Electrical or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automobile electrician, with a focus on European vehicles is must.

• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and an in-depth understanding of European vehicle electrical systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
