We are looking for a motivated and talented Associate UX/UI Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation and improvement of our clients’ digital products.
Responsibilities:
• Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and project managers.
• Implement user-centered design practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
• Ensure designs are consistent with branding and accessibility standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new design challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with design systems and guidelines.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
