Associate Tech Lead – Mobile Engineering (React Native)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Tech Lead to join our growing Mobile Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications using React Native. You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure the successful delivery of our mobile products.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications using React Native.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, QA) to deliver high-quality products.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and architecture of our mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Participate in agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript.
• Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.
