We are currently on the lookout for a Human Resource Business Partner at Associate Team Lead / Team Lead level to join our team.

The Role:
• Designs and executes organizational development interventions to address opportunities and or challenges faced by business units.
• Function as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, providing guidance and recommendations for effective solutions.
• Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the People Operations COEs to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Facilitate change management efforts related to organizational restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.
• Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance, development, and retention strategies.
• Facilitate Associate connects with leaders and other collaborative stakeholders.
• Responsible for the delivery of HR services associated with onboarding, 3-month reviews, probation confirmations, internal movements, progressions and exits.
• Works closely with management and Associates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Provide training and support to managers on setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and delivering feedback.
• Drive talent assessment and succession planning initiatives to ensure the division has the right people in the right roles.
• Provide guidance and consultation to delivery leads and middle managers on Sysco’s talent management framework and processes (including CMP, identification and developing top tier talent).
• Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives, engagement surveys and action plans.
• Co-accountability of driving DEI initiatives across the respective business units.
• Driving the spot recognition program.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of Associates, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with HR Operations as needed/required.
• Assists international Associates (L1 and B1 Assignees) with HR related matters (home base).
• Leads/Supports HR special projects and initiatives.
• Facilitate leadership trainings.
• Support in offboarding processes, conduct exit interviews.
• Support inter-divisional movements and process improvements.
• Assist and support the compensation and benefit process.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Profile:
• A Degree from a recognized foreign or local university.
• Understanding of local labor laws and practices.
• Should demonstrate emotional intelligence.
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in people management; experience in Business Partnering is preferred.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to negotiate with and manage stakeholders at diverse levels.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
