Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 02+ years of progressive project management experience.
Required Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain enthusiasm.
• Ability to effectively manage both short and long-term projects.
• Ability to effectively set expectations for various stakeholders.
• Experience in working with many types of tech (hardware, software) with quick/agile deliverables for customer-facing type applications.
• Experience in managing software/hardware development for client-facing apps is an added advantage.
• Experience in Scrum and other Agile development processes.
• Experience in working with multiple SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Process Development, and Client/Consulting Models is an addition.
Responsibilities
• Successfully meet expected quality, budget and timeline objectives of the projects.
• Identify and manage both internal and external stakeholders with clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Timely and effective status reporting to all concerned stakeholders.
• Closely collaborate with customers, project sponsors, steering committee, project team and senior management to ensure project success and efficient expectation management.
• Adhere to Zone24x7’s and client’s delivery processes as agreed to during project initiation.
• Build strong and professional relationships with customers.
• Lead, direct, and motivate project team members.
• Proactively manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Ensure prompt removal of any project blockers by escalating whenever necessary.
• Work closely with project leads to correctly allocate tasks and responsibilities to project team members based on their skills, experience and strengths.
• Constructive conflict and issue resolution.
• Build efficient and effective interpersonal relationships with internal project team members in line with corporate values and objectives.
• Ensure prompt time entry by all the project team members on a daily basis.
• Engage in requirements discussions (internal and external) to assist in correct requirements elicitation by asking the right questions.
• Identify and ensure project related training and development requirements are met.
• Work with discipline heads in securing the right resources for the project.
• Encourage and promote the use of and contribution to organizational reusable software repository.
• Support and mentor team members to understand and practice the Zone24x7 delivery process.
• Support and mentor team members to overcome project related obstacles.
• Contribute to project and corporate level knowledge sharing initiative.
