Code94 Labs is a newly established, up-and-coming digital agency operating fully remotely. We cater to a wide clientele from different countries around the world, mainly based in Sri Lanka. We are a set of young individuals, therefore our working environment will be pretty flexible.

Who we’re looking for

Our team is looking for a talented Associate Project Manager who has a passion to work with technical teams to manage & deliver projects. If you are someone who loves working in a flexible work environment with a team that is as tech-savvy and driven as you are, this is the perfect job for you!

Required skills:
• Responsible for understanding a client project scope.
• Overseeing overall management of the projects.
• Keeping in mind the competing demands that a client team can make as well as the project team’s delivery capabilities.
• Maintain a reasonable perspective on the project’s varied conditions and show sensitivity to the needs of the client.
• Prepare detailed project plans for all project phases.
• Establish governance for Issues Management, Change Request Management, and the Project Meeting Cadence.
• Provide leadership by: Establishing processes for the internal and client teams to follow for all project activities.
• Works closely with the client’s Project Management Team.
• Conduct weekly/daily project team and prepare or provide support in the preparation of meeting presentations as well as meeting minutes.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the project team to drive results and provide appropriate support for the team when required.
• Work closely with consulting resources/ development resources for the smooth functioning of project activities.
• Make clear the roles and responsibilities of the internal and client project team and ensure outputs & results from both client and consultant teams.
• Report exceptions/problems and concerns to the Management and Client Management.
• Where required, prepare weekly progress reports and circulate as to company and client management teams.
