Associate Manager ( Senior Systems Administrator – Storage, Backup and Power systems ) –

IT Operation

The job holder is responsible for designing and administration of IBM power systems and backup systems while maintaining and administering systems & applicants within these systems.

The Job:

· Responsible for installation and managements of power systems, enterprise storage systems, backup systems.

· Responsible for designing enterprise system architecture of the bank.

· Accessing the IT Operations service requirements by analyzing the needs of the end users/departments periodically.

· Responsible for supporting internal users issues, improving systems/application performance and for backing up of all production/support data as per the procedure guidelines.

· Managing EOD time of core banking system and other applicants.

· Responsible for designing DR switchover processes and for maintaining RTO,RPO as per the business need.

· Responsible for carrying out OS updates as per the given procedure guidelines

· To coordinate with vendors to keep the systems up to date and carry periodic maintenance and health checks.

The Person:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field.

· Possess at least 5 years of experience in System Administration

· Excellent communication and analytical skills.
